Are Gibson Homewares products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic and glass products are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with metallic accents or specific non-stick coatings may require hand washing. Please check the 'Care Instructions' section on the product page for specific details.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the product to receive a full refund or a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Gibson Homewares ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the near future.
