Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Gibson Homewares packaging, ensuring all dinnerware or glassware is securely cushioned to prevent breakage.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
